ABI Rehabilitation is a leading service provider for clients with moderate to severe acquired brain injuries in Auckland and Wellington. We are currently looking for a part time office administrator for our in-patient facility currently located in Lower Hutt, which will be moving to our new Porirua facility in2020.
The role is responsible for reception and administrative support and we envisage the role to be 24 hours per week, three days per week (Thursday, Friday and Saturday (flexible).
The appointee will have several years’ experience in office administration and be able to demonstrate a high level of skill.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Microsoft Word • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft PowerPoint • Microsoft Outlook • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Ability to undertake work for several members of a team. • Sound ability to prioritise work. • Preferred experience in a health care service
